Sage 100 ERP
Maybe you have already heard the news - Sage is undergoing a major rebranding effort geared mainly toward aligning the names of the Sage North American apps with the naming conventions used by them globally.
The iconic MAS 90 and MAS 200 products will be known as Sage 100 ERP beginning in 2013, or late 2012. We thought we would let you know about it now because if you are like us, it will take a while to get used to.
Here is how the products within the Sage 100 family will be named:
Sage 100 Standard will replace the
MAS 90 name.
Sage 100 Advanced will replace the
MAS 200 name.
Sage 100 Premium will replace the
MAS 200 SQL name.
xkzero will work with Sage to ensure you have a smooth transition with the name change.
Here is a great
interview with Sage Vice President Channel Management, Tom Miller by Jeff Jedras of CDN courtesy of Sage 100 guru,
Wayne Schultz on his always insightful and provocative,
Summit Diary. Tom Miller understands that people love MAS 90, and does a great job telling people why they not only should not be afraid of the name change, but would want to embrace it.
